Cardboard clockwork Birds scrapping - if you'll forgive the pun. I got a bit silly with the camera while taking photos ^_^

Very nice, chica. It reminds me of The Emperor & the Nightingale, when the emperor gets the clockwork nightingale. :) It's really lovely!

Q: How many lawyers does it take to roof a house?
A: Depends how thin you slice 'em.

If I had a pet bird the size of a lorikeet I'd get a photo of the clockwork bird and the real one - perhaps in the same cage ^_^

actually... Kagome and Kikyou would work well with the Nightingale and false nightingale of that story too @_@ Gah! I'm lapsing into fangirl withdrawls - no one I am watching has posted recently (which is probably for the best - I get a lot more work done).

That would be cute. =P

LoL. I think you *are* in a bit of a fangirl withdrawal, although (again), interesting concept. It's very white swan/black swan from Swan Lake. (Yet another possibility! LoL.) But... I did just update. ;)

I noted -
Im going to be disciplined and savour it - leave it there as a carrot to read tomorrow.
Lady Battousai is doing Seven Feudal Fairytales (kag/sess) which is very enjoyable but I keep thinking of european counterparts.
I'd rather a semi-canon version done rather than a complete departure though. They never hold my interest.
