Based of the Bayeux tapestry. Concept origin from Rurik, Master Brewer for the Rusty Helm.
This decorates the bottom of a black board for the brew of the day at the Rusty Helm Tavern. The slogan at the bottom is the tavens.
Spring War starts tomorrow, I just got it finished last night.
Lessons learned for next time:
Sand back the wood. Don't be lazy, the grain is a pain to the brain.
Don't paint it black first if you intend the background to be a pale colour.
Don't make up so much ruddy green! (I was a bit enthusiastic with my amounts)
